The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Lad-Saf™ X2 Detachable Cable Sleeve/Traveler connects the user to a vertical lifeline and moves smoothly with them during ascent and descent, providing continuous fall protection throughout the climb. Its dual independent locking system maintains constant attachment to the harness while allowing the sleeve to glide freely along the lifeline, making it suitable for a wide range of jobsite applications.
The device can be attached at any point on a vertical lifeline, helping keep workers securely connected while climbing. It features a zinc-plated steel carabiner and two independent locking mechanisms designed to enhance security in the event of a fall. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for durability in harsh environments, the Lad-Saf™ X2 is designed for use with 9.5 mm (3/8 in.) and 8 mm (5/16 in.) vertical lifeline cables.
