Fall Safe SkyLoc® Self-Retracting Lanyard, 20 ft.
The Fall Safe SkyLoc® Self-Retracting Lanyard is a 20 ft. personal fall-arrest device designed to help minimize fall distance in work-at-height applications where clearance is limited. Its fast-acting locking system is designed to arrest a fall within 2 ft. while limiting maximum arresting force to 900 lb.
Why It's Used
Fall clearance can be a critical concern when technicians work at height, particularly when the working surface is relatively close to the level below.
The SkyLoc® automatically extends and retracts as the worker moves while remaining ready to lock during a fall. Its short arrest distance helps reduce the distance a worker travels before the fall is stopped, making it useful for properly designed personal fall-arrest systems where minimizing fall distance is important.

Compatibility

This standard SkyLoc® configuration should not be assumed to be approved for leading-edge use. Leading-edge applications require an SRL specifically designed, tested, and rated for that application.
