Return Policy
Tech Safety Lines (TSL) accepts returns within 30 days of the original invoice date.
To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, with no signs of wear, installation, or damage, and must include all original components, manuals, and accessories.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly included with the return shipment. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Once issued, the RMA must be shipped within 14 days.

Inspection & Approval
All returned item(s) are subject to a Quality Inspection upon receipt.
After inspection is completed, TSL will notify you by email of the return status.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Unapproved returns will be shipped back to the customer, and additional shipping costs may be added to the original invoice.
Tech Safety Lines reserves the right to refuse returns of safety-critical equipment if product integrity cannot be verified.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tech Safety Lines is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, installed, deployed, or exposed to field conditions

Customized or configured products, including kits with modified rope lengths

Training courses, certification programs, or digital materials

Products marked final sale
Refused Shipments
Orders refused at delivery will be treated as a return and are subject to the 20% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Tech Safety Lines within 7 days of delivery.
TSL will review the issue and provide return or replacement instructions if applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Policy Updates
Tech Safety Lines reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
