The 4:1 Pulley System is an assisted rescue component. This Pulley System allows the rescuer to:

  • Lift the victim’s weight
  • Transfer victim’s weight to SRK-15 rescue kit
  • Lower the victim using the SRK-15

Perform an assisted rescue while working at height with this lightweight, simple, and versatile pulley system.

With this 4:1 Pulley System, there is no more back up rope, which means faster learning and more time for scenarios in training, and more efficient rescues in the field. The progress of hauling is automatically captured, and there is no grab that could inadvertently be left disengaged. To release or extend the pulley system, the rescuer simply operates a lever.

Other key points about the new 4:1 Pulley System:

• 45 kN, or over 10,000 lb. MBS

• 3 kN, or 675 lb. working load rated

• Provided with a pulley sleeve to prevent the pulley from inadvertently flipping within itself
